Nair Cardoso is a Macau-based multilingual Master of Ceremony, bilingual host, and voice-over artist with over 15 years of experience and more than 500 official and private events to her name. Specializing in high-level government ceremonies, corporate functions, international forums, award galas, and cultural events, Nair is one of Macau's most established and trusted professional hosts.

Fluent in Portuguese (native), English, and Cantonese — with working ability in Mandarin — Nair brings confidence, warmth, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity to every stage. Her experience includes bilingual and trilingual presentations, protocol events, script writing, and live coordination with government departments, media teams, and VIP delegations.

Nair's portfolio reads like a who's who of Macau's most prestigious events. She has hosted the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation, the 17th Cultural Week of Portuguese-Speaking Countries and China in Beijing, multiple editions of the MIF Opening Ceremony, the C-Plex Opening Ceremony, the RAEM Science and Technology Awards Ceremony, the BNU 120th Anniversary Gala, the Macao Fashion Festival 2025, and the CTM 5G Inauguration, among many others. As a voice-over artist, she has lent her voice to campaigns for Transmac, MTR Macau, SMG, and MIECF.

Beyond her MC career, Nair holds a PhD in Education and is the CEO and Founder of Heuristic Sense Educational Academy. She also holds qualifications in Graphic and Communication Design and is a certified personal trainer — a testament to her diverse talents and drive.
